It is with great sadness that the family of Lyndsay Nicole Hampton announces her passing on July 20, 2021, at the age of 25. Lyndsay was born on December 30, 1995 to parents Eric and Diana Hampton in Salisbury, MD. She graduated from North Forsyth High School in Cumming, GA, in 2014. She was attending the American College of Healthcare Sciences, focusing on nutrition and herbal studies. Lyndsay was excited about pursuing a career in health and wellness and was living in Nashville, TN. Lyndsay was a very bright and caring young woman who enjoyed helping others and spending time with family and friends. She loved fire spinning and flow jam, art and music. She will always be remembered for her fiery spirit, witty sense of humor and contagious laugh. But it was Lyndsay’s strength, courage, perseverance and compassion that she will be remembered for most. She was not only working through her own challenges, but was also sharing her personal experiences with others to help them try to overcome their own. She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Diana and Mark Fuhrman, father and stepmother, Eric and Sophie Hampton, sister Megan Hampton, brother Andrew Hampton, stepbrothers Tucker and Tyler Fuhrman, stepsister Morgan Watson and maternal grandmother Carolyn Jackson Elmore. She is preceded in death by maternal grandfather Robert Gerald Mears, maternal stepgrandfather Douglas Page Elmore and paternal grandparents Everette Charles and Betty Wave Hampton. Services will be held on Monday July 26 at 7:00 PM at McDonald and Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will be prior to the service from 6-7. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made in memory of Lyndsay to Shatterproof and Recovery Unplugged.
