Chad Alan Larry Thomas age 32 of Homer passed away Friday July 16, 2021 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Gainesville.

Chad was born July 11, 1989 in Gainesville to Darryl Lee Thomas & Maggie Pressley Hollis. He worked in the tire industry and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include, mother, Maggie Pressley Hollis; father, Darryl Lee Thomas; sons, Khaleb Thomas, Khoen Thomas & Ryan Priest; sister, Delores Thomas; grandparents, Stanley & Rose Pressley; grandfather, Larry Thomas; niece, Autumn Hegwood; nephew, Cameron Hegwood; aunts & uncles, Randall & Mary Burnett, Phil & Virginia Pressley, Paul Pressley, Darrin Thomas, Tammy & Stacy Smith, Candy Pressley, Stephanie Pressley & Tammy Davidson; many cousins & friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday July 23, 2021 at the Ward’s Funeral Home Chapel with Floyd Higdon officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday July 22, 2021 at the funeral home. The family will also receive any guests Friday from 11:00 a.m. until service time.
