Zachary C. Smith

Zachary C. Smith, age 28, of Auburn, GA passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles “Chuck” Smith, Jr.  Mr. Smith is survived by his wife of nine years, Bao Yang Smith, Auburn, GA; daughter, Sia Smith, age 5 years, Auburn, GA; mother, Tonya Green Smith, Biloxi, MS; sister, Ashton Smith, Bethlehem, GA; paternal grandparents, Charles Eugene “Charlie” and Mary Smith, Monroe, GA; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; niece, Aylen Smith, Bethlehem, GA; father-in-law, HER Yang, Winder, GA; mother-in-law, GE Lee, Minnesota; seven brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law.

Mr. Smith was born September 2, 1992 in Lawrenceville, GA. He was a 2011 graduate of Apalachee High School in Winder, GA. Mr. Smith was employed with Carvana, LLC, an Auto Body Shop, in Winder, GA. He was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Lawrenceville, GA.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with speaker Terry Green, Rev. Danny Harkins and Rev. Mary Cason officiating. Interment will follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park in Lawrenceville, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, July 23^rd from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
