Ouida Bishop Harwell

Ouida Bishop Harwell, 86, of Dacula, GA, died Wednesday, July 14, 2021. Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 17, 2021, at 3 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Pastor Danny Newbern will officiate. Interment will follow at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Buford. The family will receive friends Friday, July 16, 2021, from 6 – 8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the National Kidney Foundation, in memory of Ouida. Ouida was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Harwell. She is survived by her sons; Charles Smarr, Forsyth, GA, Keith Smarr (Lynn), Bethlehem, GA; stepchildren, Christi Adams, Lawrenceville, LeAnn Harwell, Peachtree Corners; granddaughter, Emily Smarr; step granddaughter, Christine Thomas; grandsons, Jim Smarr, Clint Smarr, Kleve Smarr, Kasey Smarr; 6 great grandchildren; 1 niece. Ouida was born in Juliette, GA and lived the last 30 years in the metro Atlanta area. She retired from Sears and was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church, Buford.
