Margaret Roberts Kirkpatrick

Margaret Roberts Kirkpatrick, age 93, of Buford, GA and the Ivy Creek Community passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Glendon Kirkpatrick; grandchildren, Tiffany Hulsey and Todd Kirkpatrick; parents, Otis and Minnie Roberts; sister, Lucille Maddox; and brothers, George Roberts, Dewey Roberts and Hardy Roberts. Mrs. Kirkpatrick is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy and Lizzie Kirkpatrick, Jefferson, GA, Billy Ray and Gayl Kirkpatrick, Hoschton, GA and Victor and Connie Kirkpatrick, Jefferson, GA; twelve grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; brother, Bonnie Roberts, Buford, GA; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. Mrs. Kirkpatrick was born August 29, 1927 in Sugar Hill, GA. She received her education at Sugar Hill School in Sugar Hill, GA. Mrs. Kirkpatrick was a retired supervisor from Wrigley a/k/a Mars Wrigley Manufacturing Company after twenty years of service. She was a long-time member of Ivy Creek Baptist Church in Buford, GA. She enjoyed spending time with all her family and she will be greatly missed by all. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Dr. Craig Dale and speaker, Sherry Reimherr officiating. Interment will follow in the Ivy Creek Church Cemetery in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
