Aunt Charlotte was born on December 30, 1927, in Griffin, GA. She married her husband Glenn on August 22, 1948, and remained happily married until his death in 1992.  She was a member of Saint Paul United Methodist Church in Gainesville, GA for many years.  She enjoyed traveling including a cruise in Greece and Italy with niece Cindy and husband Charles in her mid-80’s.  She liked taking rides to the North Georgia mountains to see the flowers in the Spring and the leaves change colors in the Fall. She enjoyed bingo with friends at the American Legion, playing a few slot machines in Vegas, Cherokee,  Hard Rock in Tampa where she had a second home, and going out to eat.  Most of all,  she enjoyed and loved her family.  Her kindness and generosity through the years has impacted countless lives and her legacy of love will continue for years and generations to come.

The family wish to thank The Oaks at Limestone, Pruitt Healthcare and Pruitt Healthcare Hospice for helping Aunt Charlotte on her final journey in this life.

No visitation will be observed, and a private graveside service will be attended by the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia are welcomed to carry forward Aunt Charlotte’s love of animals.
