Linda Moore

Linda Moore, 65, of Dawsonville passed away Tuesday June 29, 2021 following a short illness.

Born July 25, 1955 in Birmingham, AL, to the late Charles and Louise Leachman, she had lived in Dawson County for the past 21 years having moved from Norcross.  Linda was a member of the Dawson County Kiwanis Club, worked with the Vietnam Veterans of America, and was an election poll worker for Dawson County.  She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends.  Linda was also preceded in death by her husband, T. G. “Gunny” Moore.

Surviving are her brother, Charles Leachman, Palm Springs, CA; brother in law, Michael Feigelson, Palm Springs, CA; and nephew, Stephen Leachman, Birmingham, AL.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 3, 2021, at 2 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Mike Owens will officiate.
