Frances Posey Bussey

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson, Georgia, announces the death of Mrs. Frances Posey Bussey, age 76 of Athens, Georgia, who entered into rest Sunday, June 20, 2021. Mrs. Bussey was born in Macon, Georgia, a daughter to the late Robert William and Frances Hardin Posey. Mrs. Bussey retired from the State of Georgia as a registered nurse.

Survivors include her daughter Kim and her husband Jay Buell of Commerce, Georgia, son Robert Bussey of Dallas, Georgia, three grandchildren and one sister Donna McCarey of Macon, Georgia.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
