Victoria “Vickie” Bagwell Norris

Victoria “Vickie” Bagwell Norris, age 68, of Sautee Nacoochee, GA and formerly of Lawrenceville, GA passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband of 8 years, Russell Bo Norris; parents, Herman Bagwell and Ida Bagwell Conner; brother, Travis Bagwell; brother-in-law, Jim Napier; sister-in-law, Liz Mahaffey Bagwell. Mrs. Norris is survived by her son and significant other, Shane Brady and Denise Zaldaris, Tamaquia, PA; daughter and significant other, Sabrina K. Brady and Jason Dick, Gainesville, GA; three grandchildren, Alisha and Jake McIntyre, Gainesville, GA, Anthony Brady, Loganville, GA and Corey Brady, Loganville, GA; five great grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Runette and Jerry Braswell, Sautee Nacoochee, GA, Dorothy Napier, Duluth, GA, Patricia and Randall Pugh, Jefferson, GA and Regina and Derrick Boyce, Loganville, GA; brothers, Kenneth Bagwell, Lawrenceville, GA, Hollis Bagwell, Lawrenceville, GA and Terry Bagwell, Sautee Nacoochee, GA; extended family grandchildren, Jake Malone and Bobby Hartranft; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Norris was born February 10, 1953 in Lawrenceville, GA. She was a graduate of Loganville High School in Loganville, GA. She had worked as Director of Lawrenceville Housing Authority for thirteen years and also was a retired manager of Exprezit Convenience Stores in Panama City Beach, FL. Mrs. Norris was a member of New Canaan Baptist Church in Lawrenceville, GA. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Don Hardison officiating. Interment will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens in Snellville, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 15^th from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.
