Mary Elizabeth Dyer Holland

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Dyer Holland, age 83, of Whisenant Street, Toccoa, GA, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the Stephens County Hospital.

A daughter of the late Ralph and Iola Blackwell Dyer, she was born September 7, 1937 in Stephens County where she lived her entire life.   She retired from Fieldale Corporation and was a member of the Rock Quarry Congregational Holiness Church.  Mary was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Walter Holland, an infant daughter Mary Jane Holland, a son Phillip Holland and by two brothers, Bobby and Jr. Dyer.

Survivors include a daughter Ann Dooley of Toccoa, four sons, Walter and Jackie Holland of Toccoa, Henry and Angie Holland of Toccoa, James Holland of Toccoa and William Holland of Demorest, eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, brother Billy Dyer of Habersham, GA.

Funeral services will be 2:00PM Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at the Rock Quarry Congregational Holiness Church with the Reverend Edward Hood and the Reverend John Kelly officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, from noon until 1:30 PM.  The following will serve as pallbearers, Heath Holland, Chad Dyer, Kim Martin,

Interment will be in the Zebulon Baptist Church Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of arrangements for Mrs. Mary Dyer Holland.
