Thelma Jones Mendler

Thelma Jones Mendler, age 80, of Gainesville, GA passed away Friday, May 28, 2021. 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Ronald Mendler.  She is survived by her children, Ronda (Hiram) Hodge, Gainesville, GA, Derek (Lisa) Mendler, Attleboro, MA; grandchildren, Ronald Moorhase, Jacob Camire, Evan Mendler; sister, Retha (Irvin) Akins; brothers, Jeff (Vivian) Jones, Ellis (Linda) Jones; several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Mrs. Mendler was born on August 7, 1940 in Jonestown, KY.  She was a resident of Gainesville, GA since 2009 and was a 1959 graduate of Knox Central High School.  Mrs. Mendler was a homemaker.
