Jessie M. Walsh

Jessie M. Walsh (94), of Dacula Georgia (Formerly Osterville, Massachusetts) passed away peacefully on May 19, 2021 surrounded by her family. Services will be held at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel 3481 Hamilton Mill Rd. Buford Ga on Wednesday May 26th at 6:00 PM Jessie was born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts to Frank and Victoria Wronski on August 25, 1926.  She had 4 brothers and two sisters. She went to Pittsfield High School and graduated in 1942. She married her husband Frederick Walsh on August 8, 1948. They had 5 children:  Frederick, Claire, Nancy, Jeanie and Robert. Together they raised their family in Dorchester, MA, Dedham, MA, and Osterville MA. Jessie enjoyed boating and beaches with her children, grandchildren and friends and could be found regularly on Dowses beach at sunset. She loved all music but was most fond of Irish music and dancing. She was a loyal Red Sox and Patriots fan and was thrilled to see both crowned champions. In her 70’s she traveled the world and visited South Korea, England, Ireland and Germany for adventure with her family. In 2014 she moved to Dacula, GA to be closer to family. She lived at Arbor Terrace and was beloved by staff and residents. She would regularly attend mass and received communion from Prince of Peace Church. Jessie is survived by her Son Frederick (Nancy) Walsh of Hazelton, PA, Daughter Claire (Albert) Lanoie of Sandwich, MA, Daughter Nancy (Kurt) Snyder of Lawrenceville, GA and Son Robert (Jinna) Walsh of Dacula, GA; 9 Grandchildren Tyler, Kimberly, Melissa, James, Steven, Daniel, Jessica, Aidan and Brady and 4 Great-Grandchildren Britain, Ireland, Luke and Lauren. She is preceded in death by her husband Frederick and daughter Jeanie. Donations can be made in her name to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel 770-945-6924.
