Boyd Junior Crocker, age 60 of Lula, passed away on Tuesday, May 25, 2021.
Born in Commerce, on September 13, 1960, he was a son of the late Laster Quillen and Voncie Arflin Crocker. Mr. Crocker was formerly employed in the logging industry and enjoyed deer hunting and fishing in his spare time.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by brothers, Edward, Tom and Lewis Crocker; sister, Berta Coley.
Survivors include sisters and brothers-in-law, Sue Armour of Lula, Grace Gerrell (Levis) of Alto, Gertrude Lomax of New Orleans, Louisiana, Ruby Crocker of Lula and Bonnie Smith (Methel) of Alto; brother, Virgil Crocker of Alto; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
No formal service is planned.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Funeral Home.
Those in attendance are reminded to observe public health guidelines regarding COVID19.
The family would like to express their thanks to Hospice of Northeast Georgia Medical Center and to Rev. Fred Enlow for the care provided to Mr. Crocker during his illness.
