James Elmer Ballew

James Elmer Ballew, age 82, of  Flowery Branch, GA passed away Monday, May 17, 2021.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Patterson Ballew and son Jeff Ballew. He is survived by his children, Vickie Taylor, Flowery Branch, GA, Edward (Jane) Ballew, Buford, GA; Six grandchildren; One great-grandchild; sisters, Pat (Frankie) Idler, Joyce Sosebee, Shirley Johnson; brothers, Larry (Tammy) Ballew, Danny (Renee) Ballew; several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Mr. Ballew was born on July 26, 1938 in Murphy, NC.  His trade was a welder.  Mr. Ballew was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Sugar Hill, GA.  No Formal Services are planned at this time.  In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Flanigan Funeral Home to help with expenses in Memory of James Elmer Ballew.
