Eli Brandt Fondren

Eli Brandt Fondren, age 8, of Braselton, GA passed away Friday, May 7, 2021. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James D. Fondren, III; and great grandfathers, L.B. Reichert; and William Sutphin. He is survived by his parents, Jimmy and Mandy Fondren of Braselton; sister, Olivia Fondren; brother, Isaac Fondren; grandparents, Tony and Rosa Jenkins of Winder, GA, Peggy Fondren of The Villages, FL; great grandmother, Jessie Reichert, The Villages, FL; aunts, Jennifer (Justin) Breedlove of Auburn, GA, Stephanie (Adam) Shubert of McDonough, GA; uncle, Todd Fondren of The Villages, FL; and several cousins. Eli was born August 29, 2012 in Lawrenceville, GA. He was a student at West Jackson Elementary in Hoschton, GA. Eli spread joy to everyone he met. His infectious smile and amazing dance moves brought smiles to all the people who knew him. He loved to play games of all types-video games, board games, card games, and even games that he made up on the spot. Eli was known for awesome high fives and never met a person he didn’t like, or a vegetable that he did. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Cross Pointe Church, 1800 Satellite Blvd NW, Duluth, GA 30097 with Pastor Chad Logan officiating. Masks are required upon entering, but can be removed upon seating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends Friday, May 14th from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Flanigan Funeral Home.
