Dennis William Dean

Dennis William Dean, age 52, of Alto, Georgia, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 7, 2021.

Mr. Dean was born in Demorest, Georgia on January 17, 1969.  He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Dorothy "Dot" A. Robinson and Thomas William Dean and a sister, Cindy Phillips.  He was of the Baptist faith.  Mr. Dean was employed with the Coca Cola Company.  He enjoyed fishing and hunting in his spare time.

Survivors include his daughter, Ali "Mal-Mal" Dean, of Alto; sister, Rhonda Elrod, of Alto;  brother-in-law, Mike Elrod, of Pelzer, SC; nieces and their husbands, Heather and Charlie Mulchi, of Cornelia; Sam and Clay Cox, of Braselton; niece, Misty Phillips, of Marietta; nephew and fiancee, Chris Elrod and Abby Wright, of Cornelia; one great niece and two great nephews. He is also survived by his best hunting and fishing buddy Bobby Lovell.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, from the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel. Interment will follow in the Welcome Home Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at the funeral home prior to the service.
