Nettie Agnes Ward Simmons

Mrs. Nettie Agnes Ward Simmons, age 77 of Toccoa passed away Friday, April 30, 2021.

A daughter of the late Dayton and Viola Pritchett Ward, she was born December 2, 1943 in Banks County, Georgia having lived most of her life in Toccoa.  She was a retired hairdresser and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. 

Survivors include three sons and daughter-in-law, Eric and Samantha Simmons of Marietta, Stacey Simmons of Radford, Virginia and Blake Simmons of Toccoa; grandchildren, Ariel Cook, Justin Simmons, Maddie Simmons, Knox Simmons and Christopher Simmons; sister, Jean Williams of Toccoa.

Memorial services will be Sunday, May 16, 2021, 2 O’clock p.m. at Liberty Baptist Church with The Reverend Stacey Penland officiating.
