Robert Lee Shuler, Jr., age 64, of Hoschton, GA passed away Sunday, May 2, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee, Sr. and Doris M. Shuler. He is survived by his wife of twenty years, Darlene Brown Shuler, Hoschton, GA; children, Porschia Shuler, Winder, GA, Robert Lee Shuler, III, Hoschton, GA, Paris Nicole Shuler, Hoschton, GA; his dog, “Colonel Pepper”; bonus son; Zachary Dinsmore, Colfax, IL; brothers, Tommy Shuler, Lawrenceville, GA, and Larry Shuler, Hazlehurst, GA;  sisters, Virginia (Gueary) Preston, Coxs Creek, KY, Rebecca Henson, Hazlehurst, GA, Susie (Randall) Duncan, Buford, GA; mother-in-law, Edith Andrews, Hoschton, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Shuler was born September 17, 1956 in Lawrenceville, GA. He was a 1976 graduate of Central Gwinnett High School and a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was a retired truck driver from Capable Express Truck Lines for five years and other truck lines for seven years. He enjoyed listening to music and loved hot rods. The family will have a visitation and viewing with Military Honors on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. No formal service will be held.
