Michelle Angilic Riley was born on August 31,1968 in Gainesville, Ga to Mother Zandra and Father Esco Riley Jr. She was also preceded in death by her mother Mrs. Zandra Riley and grandmother Fannie Lee Hendrix-Riley.
She graduated from Gainesville High School in 1986, went on to Valdosta State and graduated from Kennesaw State University with a master’s in special education.
She was a Health Teacher at Floyd Middle School and continued on teaching Health Education and coaching basketball at Campbell High School for 13 years. She was the department head of Health and Physical Education.
She leaves behind her daughter Madison, ex-husband Douglas Lipcomb, stepchildren Douglas, David, and Danielle. Siblings LeMoans Riley, Daniel (Jessica) Riley, Quentin Ash, and Crystal Ash. Grandmother Maudine Williams, mother-in-law Louise Lipcomb. Aunts and Uncles Cynthia (Emmett) Walker, Valerie Williams, Deirdre Williams, Becky (Tommy) Perry, Harold Williams, Bernice Marshall, and Linda Riley-Britton.
And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. The visitation will be held Thursday April 29th at Wimberly Funeral Home between the hours of 12-8pm. Celebration of Life will be Friday April 30th at 12noon at Alta Vista Cemetery. Professional Service Entrusted to Wimberly Funeral Home.
