David Marshall Hightower

Mr. David Marshall Hightower, 66, of Braselton, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.  A Celebration of the Life of Mr. Hightower will be held at a later date.

Born on October 5, 1954 in Pickens County, GA he was the son of the late Frances Marion Hightower and the late Helen Imogene Anderson Hightower. He was retired from Simpson Trucking and of the Baptist faith.  Mr. Hightower was a proud Vietnam Veteran, LCPL of the United States Marines.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Hightower is preceded in death by his sister, Bertha Pettyjohn and grandson, Zane Daniel.

Mr. Hightower is survived by his wife of 41 years, Pamela Hightower of Braselton; sons and daughters in law, Adrian and Krystle Hightower of Jefferson, Terry and Haley Hightower of Hoschton, Matthew Hightower of Braselton; grandchildren, Cowen, Nathan, Ryleigh, and Zoey Hightower; brother and sister in law, Rex and Tammy Hightower of Arcade; sister and brother in law, Janice and Ronnie Weaver of Chestnut Mountain and a number of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
