Gennell M. Miles

Gennell M. Miles, age 79, of Cleveland, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021.

Mrs. Miles was born on February 7, 1942, in Dahlonega, Georgia, to the late Gordon and Fannie Dockery Seabolt.  She was a retired sales associate at Belk and a member of Cool Springs United Methodist Church.  Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, Rual Seabolt.

Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Junius Miles of Cleveland; son, Antony “Tony” Miles of Cleveland; brother, Harold and Linda Seabolt of Cleveland, and sister Ellen Everhart of Ocala Florida along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2PM Sunday, April 25, 2021 at Barrett Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Steve McIntyre and the Honorable Garrison Baker will officiate. Interment will follow at Blue Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1PM -2PM Sunday prior to the funeral.
