Elijah Harold Holbrooks

Mr. Elijah Harold Holbrooks, age 81 of Turner Road, Eastanollee passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at his residence.

A son of the late McKinley and Laura Hudson Holbrooks, he was born August 23, 1939 in Oconee County, South Carolina having lived most of his life in Stephens County.  He was employed as a construction foreman with Duke Power Company for a long number of years.  He was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Finley Holbrooks in 2017.

Survivors include a daughter, Rhonda Weaver of Eastanollee; a son and daughter-in-law, Donnie and Kelley Holbrooks of Crossnore, North Carolina; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

No visitation or services are planned.
