Meariem “Mikey” Waller 68 of Gainesville was born on March 3, 1953, in Gainesville, Ga., to the late James Waller Sr. and Mattie Waller. She follows in death her son Marvin “Wally” Waller. Long time special friend Lonzo Cantell. Her brothers Harold Waller Jr, James Waller Sr., and Charles Waller.
She went to Fair Street and then E.E. Butler and graduated from Gainesville High School. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church where she song in the choir. She worked at Big G for 2yrs. And worked at ConAgra and Fieldale for 15 years.
She leaves to mourn her children: Paris Waller, Yolanda Waller, Laquetta (Charles Jr.) Canada, one stepson Lorenzo Young all of Gainesville, Ga. 2 sisters Evelyn Lay, Denise Gibson, 2 Brothers William (Betty) Waller Sr., and Mike (Diane) Waller all of Gainesville, Ga.
Her special friends Wolfpack, Lynn Tate, Kim Buffington Taylor, Dwon Johnson, Tara and Reginald Penny, Natalie Cantrell, and Bonita Eberhart.
She has 17 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews, along with other friends and family.
The Visitation will be Friday April 23rd at Wimberly Funeral Home between the hours of 12-8pm. Ms. Waller's Celebration of Life will be Saturday April 24th at the hour of 1pm at Hillside Chapel on Mcever. Professional Service Entrusted to Wimberly Funeral Home.
