Luther Edgar Littleton, age 77, of Cleveland, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021.
Mr. Littleton was born on January 6, 1944, in Habersham County, to the late Rev. Estes and Ethel Ivester Littleton. He was a retired sawmiller from Irvin’s Sawmill and was of the Holiness Faith. In addition to his parents, Luther was preceded in death by his grandson, Christopher Littleton; sisters, Leona McCallister, Claudine Nelms, Delores Pless, and Dorothy Littleton.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Hazel Littleton, Cleveland; daughters and sons-in-law, Von and Steven Duncan, Demorest, and Donna and Danny McClellon, Cornelia; son and daughter-in-law, Stanley and Lorie Littleton, Cleveland; grandchildren, Jammie and Keith Roberts, and Shane and Leigh-Anne McClellon; great-grandchildren, Ashton and Jake Roy, Allie Welborn, Joe and McKayla Roberts, Addy McClellon, Silas McClellon, Hudson McClellon, Brayden Grizzle, and Jolie Miller; great-great grandchild, McKinnley Roberts; sister and brother-in-law, Inez and Frank McCallister; brother, Gatha Littleton.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 16, 2021 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Carlton Walker, the Rev. Alvin Burns, and the Rev. Anthony Pless will officiate. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. & 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
