Frances Moore Gober

Frances Moore Gober, age 91, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021. She was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Gober; granddaughter, Kelley Ramey Canady; parents, Clayton and Carrie Moore; brother, Bobby Moore; and sisters, Evelyn Davis and Elizabeth Beachman. Ms. Gober is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Henry McDaniel, Jefferson, GA; grandchildren, Lindsay and Jody Davis, Sugar Hill, GA, Tommy Gober, Sugar Hill, GA, Stacey and Tonya Ramey, Cleveland, GA, Janie and Kevin Ritcheson, Buford, GA; and Greg Canady, Oakwood, GA; eight great grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren; sisters, Norma Porter, Buford, GA and Junita Calhoun, Sugar Hill, GA; and brother, Ned Moore, Winder, GA. Ms. Gober was born October 20, 1929 in Sugar Hill, GA. She was a 1947 graduate of Sugar Hill School in Sugar Hill, GA. Ms. Gober was  retired from Gwinnett County Board of Education as a bus driver after thirty-one years of service. She was a member of Sugar Hill Baptist Church in Sugar Hill, GA. She enjoyed reading and traveling with Peoples Bank Travel Club. Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Aaron Ritcheson officiating. A private interment will be held Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 12:00 noon at Sugar Hill Cemetery in Sugar Hill, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 12, 2021 from 4:30 p.m. until time of service at 7:00 p.m.
