Brenda Gail Shirley

Mrs. Brenda Gail Shirley age 74 of Toccoa passed away Thursday April 8, 2021 at her home.

A daughter of the late Ural and Pearl Wood, she was born September 2, 1946 in Toccoa, where she lived all of her life. She was retired from KB Health Technologies. She was a member of Hill Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her brothers Charles and Joe Wood.

Survivors include her husband, Louis Shirley, three sisters: Terry Yearwood, Jeral Carter and Karen Wood, two daughters: Michelle Kelly and Alicia Strong, three step-children: Tina Hernandez, Tim Shirley and Pamela Gibson, eleven grandchildren: Megan Cobb, Kendra Garrett, Abby and Albany Strong, Justin Shirley, Todd Gibson, Cathey, Brantley, Amuro, Bailey and Madison Stewart and Ashton Cochran; as well as, five great-grand kids: Reece Anderson, Collin Yearwood, Gatlin Sasser, Essai Torres and Maddox Shirley. 

Funeral services will be held Sunday April 11, 2021 at 2 P.M.  at the Hillcrest Chapel of Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Terry Benfield and the Reverend Dr. Tommy Childress officiating. The family will be at the home of Michelle Kelly 328 Fieldcrest Drive, Eastanollee, Georgia and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Saturday from 6 P.M. til 8 P.M.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers Chester Shirley, Kerry Shirley, Benjie Wood, Brandon Cobb, Jerry Lynch and Stephen Hernandez

Interment will follow in Stephens Memorial Gardens
