Jewell Diane White Owens

Jewell Diane White Owens, age 71, of Cornelia, GA passed away March 7, 2021.  She is survived by her husband of 52 years, David Owens, Cornelia, GA; children, Carrie (Greg) Ryan, Cornelia, GA, Jeff (Bleu) Owens, Marietta, GA; Six grandchildren, Zach (Emily) Ryan, Courtney (Brandon) Cain, Meredith Owens, Shyla Stoops, Arden Stoops, Nathan Owens; great-granddaughter, Piper Cain; brothers, Kenneth White, Locut Grove, GA, Hal (Lois) White, Jackson, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Mrs. Owens was born October 1, 1949 in Atlanta, GA.  She was a 1967 graduate of Forest Park Senior High School. Mrs. Owens was retired from Habersham County Medical Center.  She was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Demorest, GA.  The family will have a Visitation from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA.
