Patrick McLaughlin

Pat McLaughlin was born on June 3, 1944 in Geneva, New York to Ellen Marie McLaughlin and James Patrick Devlin. He lived a beautiful life of 76 years as a Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Businessman and Friend, and passed from this world into Heaven to be with his Savior on Saturday, March 27, 2021.

Pat grew up in upstate New York loving swimming, water skiing, and racing Hydro boats on Lake Geneva. He was a fantastic bowler and bowled many a 300 game even before out of high school.

Pat was a successful businessman and in sales for many years and went on to create his own sales manufacturing representative company in the early 2000's, McLaughlin Group LLC. , connecting large corporate accounts to oversees manufacturers. He was an avid car lover and enjoyed classic corvettes and showing his custom 94' Toyota Supra. Pat was also a member of Light House Baptist Church in Dawsonville, Georgia, with Pastor Charles Blackstock. He was a fun loving guy and had a great big smile for everyone.

Most of all he loved all his family, his wife, 4 children, 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and enjoying time with them.

Pat is survived by his wife Teresa Ann (Mathis) of 44 years, his son, Patrick McLaughlin II, son Jamie McLaughlin (wife Tonya), daughter Cherie Brannon (husband Danny), and Cindy Austin (husband Brian), grandchildren: Curtis McLaughlin, Jonah and Jacob Mclaughlin, Daniel, Danica, Dane and Dania Brannon, and Elora Austin; great grandchildren: Caden Jones and Linkin McLaughlin, his brother Steve Fosmire and sister Kathleen Ferreira of NY. He is preceded in death by a precious grandson, Patrick Mclaughlin III, his parents, Ellen Marie Fosmire and Jimmy Devlin, and grandparents Edward and Edith McLaughlin.

We love him and he will be missed dearly.

Service will be held on Thursday, April 1, at 2:00 PM at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel.
