Ferman ‘Skip’ Pape, Jr.

 Mr. Ferman ‘Skip’ Pape, Jr., 77, departed this world March 25, 2021. Skip was reared in Marietta, Ohio and had lived in Dahlonega, GA for the last year and a half. Prior to his retirement, he was an Executive for Classic Food Services. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather and, a very talented golfer with 9 hole in ones. 

Skip is survived by his wife Darlene Pape, 4 sons and a daughter, Scott Pape (Janine) of Shaker Heights, OH; and 3 grandchildren, Lynn DiMarino of North Olmstead, OH; and 2 grandchildren, Ferman P. ‘Skip’ Pape, II. (Mary) of Dawsonville GA, Marcel Shoemaker of Roanoke, VA, Tony Shoemaker (Paula) of Chula Vista, CA; and 3 grandchildren.

A day of celebration will be scheduled in the near future. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Mid-Atlantic Affiliate, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
