Mrs. Charlie Glaze, age 96, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2021.
Mrs. Glaze was born in Cleveland to the late Charlie and Nellie Presley Freeman. In addition to parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Glaze; siblings, Jesse Freeman, Frances Barrett, J.B. Freeman, Truman Freeman, Russell Freeman; son-in-law, J.B. Allison; and son-in-law, Hayward Rogers. Mrs. Glaze was a homemaker and a member of White Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include daughter, Wilma Allison; grandson, Jimmy (Darlene) Rogers; great-grandchildren, Kenneth (Stacy) Rogers and Kiesha (Brett) Rogers; great-great-grandchildren, Brett Mosley, Jr., Breah Rogers, Emmalee (Danny) Parker, Aaron Vaughn, and Casey Vaughn; and great-great-great grandchild, Leah Parker; sister, Florine Shore, Alto; brother and sister-in-law, Lawrence and Dot Freeman, Gainesville.
Funeral services are scheduled for 4 P.M. Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at White Creek Baptist Church. Rev. W.A. Jenkins, Rev. Anthony Shore, and Rev. Lewis Fortner will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M. Monday, March 22, 2021 at the funeral home.
