John Flanders Adams

Mr. John Flanders Adams age 81 of Gainesville, Ga passed away on Friday March 19, 2021 at Winder Barrow Medical Center in Winder, Ga.  

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday March 23, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Dr. Bill Coates will officiate. The family will receive friends on Tuesday March 23, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.   

John was born on August 13, 1939 in Kansas City, Missouri to the late John Flanders Adams, SR. and Georgia Osenburg Tyler. He was a retired Truck Driver with Waste Management Company and attended First Baptist Church of Gainesville, Ga. Mr. Adams is preceded in death by his parents, step-father, Downer Tyler, and In-Laws, Louis and Mary Danzico.

Mr. Adams is survived by his wife, Linda Adams, daughter and son-in-law, Melissa Crown (John), son and daughter-in-law, David Adams (Amber), grandchildren, Elijah, Ariana, Sammy, Ava, Luke, Addison, Avery, sister and brother-in-law, Jackie Alligood (Harold) and other loving family members and friends.

Due to Covid-19, the family requests that everyone attending the visitation and service wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
