Mr. Charles Joseph Kolton, Jr. age 64 of Gainesville, GA passed away on Thursday, March 04, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness.     

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, March 07, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at McElroy-Sims Historic Cemetery in Winder, GA.

Charles was born on November 12, 1956 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to the late Charles Joseph Kolton, Sr. and Evelyn Marie Clark Kolton. He was retired and was of the Catholic Faith. He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Kim.

Mr. Kolton is survived by his wife, June Kolton of Gainesville, children, Matthew Brownell (Alissa) of Gainesville, Catena Phillips (Travis) of Spartanburg, South Carolina, Nathan Kolton (Rena) of Lavonia, GA, Jeremy Kolton (Amy) of Elberton, GA, Amanda Rucker of Gainesville, sister, Arlene DiSilvio of Pittsburgh, PA, nephews, Marc DiSilvio and Nick DiSilvio, grandchildren, Destiny, Naomi, Lori, Angie, Ansley, Josh, Hannah, Aryana, Sarah, Charlotte, Ian, Emory, Cameron, Freya, Bubba, Charlie, and 4 great-grandchildren.

Due to Covid-19, the family requests that everyone attending the visitation and service wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
