Angel Garcia-Gallegos

Obituary Date: Tuesday, March 2, 2021

Mr. Angel Garcia-Gallegos, 53, of Gainesville passed away March 2, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m.  on Friday, March, 5, 2021 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Father Hernan Quevedo will officiate. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Due to Covid-19, the family requests that everyone attending the visitation and service wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Born on May 5, 1967 in Guanajuato, Mexico, he was the son of Catalina Gallegos and the late Eliseo Garcia. He was retired from Tyson Foods and of the Catholic faith.

Mr. Garcia-Gallegos is survived by his wife, Blanca Vargas of Gainesville; children, Angel Ivan Garcia, Jazmin F. Garcia, Jennifer A. Garcia, Cesar Garcia all of Gainesville; Sisters, Patricia Santana, Olivia Gallegos and his mother, Catalina Gallegos.

El Sr. Angel García-Gallegos, de 53 años, de Gainesville falleció el 2 de marzo de 2021 en el Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Los servicios funerarios se llevarán a cabo a las 3:30 p.m. el viernes 5 de marzo de 2021 en la capilla de la funeraria Memorial Park y el entierro en el cementerio Memorial Park. Actuará el padre Hernán Quevedo. La familia recibirá a amigos en Memorial Park Funeral Home el viernes de 11:00 a.m. a 3:30 p.m.

Debido al Covid-19, la familia solicita que todos los asistentes a la visita y al servicio usen una máscara y se adhieran a las pautas de distanciamiento social.

Nacido el 5 de mayo de 1967 en Guanajuato, México, era hijo de Catalina Gallegos y el fallecido Eliseo García. Estaba retirado de Tyson Foods y de la fe católica.

Al Sr. García-Gallegos le sobreviven su esposa, Blanca Vargas de Gainesville; los niños, Ángel Iván García, Jazmín F. García, Jennifer A. García, César García todos de Gainesville; Hermanas, Patricia Santana, Olivia Gallegos y su madre, Catalina Gallegos.
