Norma Jean Shirley Nalley

Norma Jean Shirley Nalley, age 79, of Cumming, GA passed away February 23, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Nalley; parents, Homer and Gladys Freeman Shirley; sister, Ethel Cagle.  She is survived by children, Cindy (Tommy) Morris, Sugar Hill, GA, Bruce (Debbie) Rape, Buford, GA, Debbie (John) Brinkley, Winder, GA; grandchildren, Derrick (Amy) Morris, Selina (Raymond) Melendez, Ashley (Ivan) Ramirez, Seth (Skyler) Rape, Jesse Rape, Preston Puckett, Justin Puckett, Brandon (Morgan) Puckett, Nicholas (Lindsey) Puckett; sisters, Nancy (Gene) Wallace, Oakwood, GA, Dorothy Masters, Dacula, GA, Brenda Shirley, Cumming, GA; brother, Hugh (Gail) Shirley, Buford, GA; great-grandchildren, Cheyenne Morris, Wyatt Morris, Ariana Melendez, Rayliana Melendez, Dominic Ramirez, Caleb Ramirez, Tristan Ramirez, Rylie Rape, Eloise Rape, Caroline Rape, Audrina Puckett, Braxton Puckett, Elizah Nichelson, Madelyn Nichelson, Harlee Nichelson; great-great-grandchild, Leila Melendez; several nieces, nephews, cousins.  Mrs. Nalley was born May 9, 1941 in Alpharetta, GA.  She was retired from the Georgia Millworks.  She also had worked for NuAir  and Barrington Corporation of Sugar Hill, GA and for Fawn Togs in Braselton, GA.  Mrs. Nalley was a member at Shoal Creek Baptist Church.  A funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m., Sunday, February 28, 2021 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Carroll Pruitt and Rev. David Pruitt officiating.  Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens, Cumming, GA.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 28, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until time for the funeral.
