Denver Willis Phillips

Mr. Denver Willis Phillips, age 80, of Commerce, GA died Sunday, February 22, 2021 at Piedmont Athens.  Mr. Phillips was born in Danielsville to the late W. Harrison and Gladys Elizabeth Bennett Phillips.  He was a retired automotive mechanic. 

Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife, Frances Elizabeth Sellers Phillips of Commerce; children, Randall, Kenneth, Ramona, Michael, Randy and Tony; sisters, Silvia, Joyce and Christine; brothers, Darrell, Terry and Perry; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 3 PM, Wednesday, February 24 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Clark Kesler officiating.  Interment will follow in Nicholson Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM.  Due to the ongoing pandemic, those attending will be required to properly wear a face covering and maintain safe social distancing.
