Michael "Mike" Austin Britt

Michael “Mike” Austin Britt, age 74, of  Cleveland, GA passed away February 16, 2021.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Austin Britt and Sue Meadeers Burch; brother, Kenneth Britt.  He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Brenda Burnett Britt, Cleveland, GA; son Timothy Austin Britt, Dothan, AL; brothers, Ricky (Dale) Britt, Bethlehem, GA, Joe Britt, Loganville, GA; sister Darlene Britt, Covington, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Mr. Britt was born on October 29, 1946 in Belton, TX.  He was a veteran of the  U.S. Navy.  Mr. Britt received his education at Tucker High School , Tucker, GA and was most recently a retired auto body shop repairman.  He was a member of Zion Baptist Church, Snellville, GA and a member of Mt. Lake’s Chapel, Cleveland, GA.  Mr. Britt loved country music and bluegrass. There are no formal services planned at this time.  In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to The American Cancer Society.
