Lacorey Leon Goss

Obituary Date: Saturday, February 6, 2021

LaCorey Leon Goss passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Ga. Corey was born January 16, 1979. He attended White Sulphur where he played football, and his team went to play for the national title twice. Corey graduated from East Hall High School where he received the Math Award four consecutive years. He was also a member of the East Hall High School FBLA. Corey worked in the textile industry for several years.
Corey had a personality that would light up a room. He had a heart of gold and loved his family no matter what.
Corey was preceded in death by his father- Leon Goss, Jr.; Grandfather- Leon Goss, Sr.; Great Grandfather- A.J. “Coup” Butler; Aunts- Janice Goss Williams and Velma Gasper; Uncles- David Goss, Charles Glasper and Rickey Glasper.
LaCorey is survived by his life partner- Jamicia Young; two mothers- Hattie Mae Goss and Joycelyn Glasper; six children- (Son) LaCorey Hutchinson; Daughters- Nila Goss, Aerriel Goss Abbitha Hutchinson, Nateliegh Goss and Naomi Goss all of Gainesville, Ga. He has four sisters April (Rodney) Randolph; Stalena (Fred) Pittman, Monica (Kevin) Harris and Leona Goss; three brothers Justin (Shannon) Goss, Kendrick Goss and Dewayne Glasper. Two Uncles/Brother- Tracy (Mattie) Goss and Adrian Goss. Special friends- Raymond and Melendese Smith, and a host of loved nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and (P-Diddy).
Memorial service will be held on Friday, January 12, 2021 at Memorial Park Chapel, 2030 Memorial Park Drive, Gainesville, GA 30504 at 3:00 PM.
