Diane Thompson Tison, age 63, of Buford, GA passed away Friday, February 5, 2021. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Thompson, Sr. and sister, Debbie Thompson. She is survived by her husband of forty-four years, Larry R. Tison, Buford, GA; children, Jennifer (Kwesi) Dadzie, Riverview, FL, Christopher Tison, Buford, GA, Kevin (partner, Brandon) Yaghjian-Tison, Norwich, CT; grandchildren, Alexis, Brenden, David, Eddy, Joseph, Kaleigh, Teagan; mother, Patricia Thompson, Seymour, CT; brothers, Gary Thompson, Buford, GA, Jeff Thompson, Naugatuck, CT, Jim (Janet) Thompson, Tampa, FL; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Tison was born September 23, 1957 in Derby, CT. She was a 1975 graduate of Seymour High School, Seymour, CT. She was a homemaker and loved her grandchildren and family. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Stateroom of Flanigan Funeral Home. No formal service will be held.
