John David Carthern, age 76 of Commerce, GA passed away on Friday, Jan. 29, 2021.
Born on Jan. 1, 1945 in Commerce, GA, MR. Carthern was the son of the late Roger Goldman and Mary Hutchins Carthern. He was a logger and was preceded in death by a son, Chris Carthern.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Anderson Carthern of the home; son, David Dean Carthern; 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11 am Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2021 at Jackson Memorial Park.
