Geraldine Mae England

Geraldine Mae England “Jerri” age 78, of Flowery Branch, Georgia entered Heaven on Friday, January 29, 2021.

Mrs. England was born on August 13, 1942 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Charles E. (Buck) Stevens and Anna L. Stevens.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her mother Anna Stevens, her father Charles Stevens, her sister Charlene Haesker, and her brother John Stevens.  Mrs. England was a long-time member of Blackshear Place First Baptist Church in Oakwood Georgia.  She was employed for many years by Minolta Business Systems in Atlanta.  After retirement, Jerri and beloved husband Harold continued to travel and spend time with family.  Jerri’s greatest joy was her family.  All other interest paled in comparison to her six grandchildren.  Watching baseball, tennis matches, volleyball, graduations and attending honors night were top priorities.   Her family finds comfort in knowing the day will come when all will be reunited. 

Survivors include her loving husband, Harold JL England; son and daughter-in-law Mike (Amber) England of Watkinsville; son and daughter-in-law David (Brooke) England of Flowery Branch; grandchildren are Jordan, Emma, Wyatt, Bryce, Ethan and Ella Grace England.

Private Graveside Services were held at Memorial Park South Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 2, 2021.
