Acie Louise Chapman

Mrs. Acie Louise Chapman, 100, of Gainesville passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 following an extended illness.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 29, 2021 in Memorial Park Cemetery. Due to Covid-19, the family requests that everyone attending the service wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Born on January 21, 1921 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of the late John Helton and Beulah Helton.  She was retired from New Holland Mill and was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Chapman is preceded in death by her husband, Jess Chapman and son, Charles Chapman.

Mrs. Chapman is survived by her son and daughter in law, Mitch and Ruth Chapman; son, Terry Chapman; son, David Chapman; son and daughter in law, Wayne and Vivian Chapman all of Gainesville; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; four brothers and sister and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
