Maudine Orr

Maudine Orr, 91, of Lula, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 following a period of declining health. Born in Gainesville on March 26, 1929 daughter of the late Thomas and Nannie (Hawkins) Lipscomb. 
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband W.C Orr; brother B.L. Lipscomb; sisters Sarah Cagle and Nan Nelms; Sons Jack Orr, Bobby Orr; daughter in law: Joyce Orr; sons in laws; Jerry Bates, Tony Savage, and Jimmy Rogers. 
Mrs. Orr is survived by sons: Billy Orr, Jimmy Orr, and Andy Orr; daughters: Rachel Orr, Carolyn Hilton, Clara Savage, Martha Edge, Mary Rogers, Kathy Baugh; sons in laws: Ed Hilton, Bill Edge, Chuck Baugh; daughter in laws: Karen Orr, Sandra Orr, Pam Orr, and Michelle Orr; and a multitude of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.

The Family will receive friends on Friday January 22, from  2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Little & Davenport Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be held Saturday January 23, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home, Rev. Randell Reed officiating.  Interment will follow at Oakwood City Cemetery.
