Patricia Louise Greenway

Mrs. Patricia "Pat" Louise Greenway, age 76, of Dawsonville, GA passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021. She was born on September 10, 1944 in Alpharetta, GA to the late Floyd Dolphus Smith and the late Edna Louise Purcell Smith. Patricia enjoyed being outside and absolutely loved going fishing. However, her favorite thing to do was to brighten the day of her family, friends, and neighbors by visiting and fellowshipping with them. Her entire life revolved around her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. She would say her favorite pastime was simply being with her family.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Curtis Greenway.

She is survived by her children, Tony (Teresa) Greenway of Cleveland, Angie (Steve) Shaw of Dawsonville, and Sherry (Dirk) Dial of Dawsonville; sister, Ruby Dean (Cecil) Youngblood of Winder; sister-in-law, Louise Greenway of Dawsonville; grandchildren, Ashley (Ulysses) Bowman, Mandy Greenway, Mike (Brittany) Greenway, Mitch Greenway (Katie), Cody Shaw (Kayla), Corey Dial (Erika), Max Greenway, and Katie Dial; and great-grandchildren, Kiah Langston, Jase Dial, Jaxon Shaw, Kota Langston, Addilyn Jade Shaw, Abe Greenway, Stevie Rose Bowman, and Harper Greenway. She is also survived by numerous cousins, friends, and other relatives.

Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Millcreek Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Richards officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
