Harold Boyd "Bud" Gravitt

Mr. Harold Boyd “Bud” Gravitt, 83, of Gainesville passed away Friday, January 15, 2021.

Due to Covid-19, the family will have a private service.

He was born at home on January 12, 1938 to Reggie and Rosa Gravitt. He attended Lyman Hall and was of the Baptist faith.  He worked for Coca Cola. After retirement, he worked at Arch Electric, Greater South and Southern Safety.  He enjoyed collecting Coca- Cola memorabilia and Case Knives.

In addition to his parents. Mr. Gravitt was preceded in death by his sisters, Eunice Cantrell, Mildred Vandiver; brothers, Clay and Charles Gravitt; and daughter, Cathy Crosby.

Mr. Gravitt is survived by his wife, Lucy Gravitt; daughter, Karen Lathrop; grandson, Jason Lathrop (Janelle) their children, John, Josh and Dania; twin brother, Lloyd Gravitt; sisters in law, Johnnie Gravitt, Jeanette Gravitt; special son in law, Tommy Crosby plus several nieces and nephews.
