Cozetta A. Myers, 84, of Gainesville, died Thursday January 14, 2021. Cozetta was born in Lula on August 18, 1936 to the late Homer and Frankie Savage. Cozetta was married to the late Dewey Myers Jr.
In addition to her parents and husband Mrs. Myers is preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Weaver.
She is survived by her children, William (Pete) wife Rhonda Myers of Chestnut Mtn., Jerry wife Michele Myers of Gainesville, Wayne (Pedro) Myers of Lula. Grandchildren; Eric Myers, Kenny Williams, Brandy Weaver, Tim Myers, Erika Myers, Alexis Myers, Julie Garcia, Jocelynn Weaver and Jessica Myers, great-grandchildren; Kenny Monroe Williams Jr., Ricky Shane Williams, Peyton Myers, Sarah Grace Myers, Abigail Stokes, Aydin Smith, Thomas David Moore, Cameron Stringer and Landon Stringer, sister-in-law; Ruby Savage 94 years young, and many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday January 16, from 4-8 p.m. at Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Gary Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at Skitts Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery, Lula, GA.
