Lillie Mae Roebuck Thomas, 88 of Gainesville passed away Wednesday January 13, 2021 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center-Braselton.
Born in Gwinnett County, Mrs. Thomas had lived in Hall County for most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Lloyd and Cammie Mae Stephens Roebuck. She was a homemaker and attended Rock Hill Congregational Holiness Church.
Survivors include her children; Bill and Juanita Milligan, The Villages, Florida; Tommy and Shelia Milligan, Lula; Mary Rider, Dahlonega; Bob and Gwen Milligan, Cartersville; Bobby Thomas, Dahlonega; John and Jessica Thomas; Tampa, Florida; Mary Katherine and John Murray, Carrollton; 23 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren also survive; sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and Winfred Waldrip, Ellijay; Gladys Henson, Gainesville; Louise and Roy Lee Weatherford, Flowery Branch. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.
Mrs. Thomas is preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Thomas; son, Ricky Milligan and brother and sister-in-law, Bonnie and Evelyn Roebuck.
Funeral services will be held Saturday January 16, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Rev. Roland Barlowe will officiate. Interment will follow in the Rock Hill Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral Friday January 15 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
