Raymond Waldrip

It is with great sadness that the nieces announce the confirmed death of their uncle, Raymond Waldrip, 78, of Gainesville.

Raymond was born to the late Dilmus and Essie Stokes Waldrip. He was the younger brother of the late Lee Waldrip of Gainesville, Marvin Waldrip of Marietta and Arthur Waldrip of Australia.

Mr. Waldrip was a graduate of Gainesville High School. He worked with his dad in the carpet business in Gainesville. He was a lifetime member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Gainesville.

The family will hold a private service.

Mr. Waldrip is survived by his nieces, Linda Waldrip Rose of Gainesville, Joy Pethel of Gainesville, and Jennifer Rose of Gainesville.
