Hazel Gresham Watson

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Hazel Gresham Watson, age 82, of Jefferson, who passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. Mrs. Watson was a daughter to the late James and Callie Johnson Gresham, and was a machine operator for Standard-Coosa Thatcher.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Watson Sr. of Jefferson; son, George Watson, daughter Betty Watson, son, Bill Watson Jr., daughters, Florine Watson, Bobby Sue Watson, son, Charles Watson, daughters, Judy Ann Watson and Tomeka Watson; two sisters, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren also survive.

The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Chandler officiating. The burial will follow in the Evans Memory Gardens.

The visitation will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM, at Evans Funeral Home, prior to the service.
