Hilda Renee Jarrard Samples

Mrs. Hilda Renee Jarrard Samples, 58, of Gainesville passed away December 25, 2020 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2020 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 28, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born on June 12, 1962 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Vivian Smith Jarrard. She was a manager for the Doughnut Connection and a member of Free Chapel Worship Center.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Samples is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Webster Samples; brother, Roger Jarrard and grandson, Jessie James Dalton.

Mrs. Samples is survived by her daughter and son in law, Tonya and Kevin Hudler of Morganton, NC; daughter, Holly Hodge of Morganton, NC; daughter and son in law, Ashley and Eli Ridgeway of Bethlehem, GA; son, Joseph Samples of Nashville, TN; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sisters and brothers in law, Shelia Hardwood of Oakwood, Lynn and Ricky Pass of Lula, Gail and Danny Carroll of Oakwood, Beverly Caldron of Gainesville, Janet Jarrard of Gainesville; special friends, Kirk McConnell and Linda Marley both of Cumming and a number of other relatives.
