Philip Aaron Allison

Obituary Date: Tuesday, December 22, 2020

Philip Aaron Allison, 74 of Murrayville passed away Tuesday December 22, 2020 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

A lifelong resident of Hall County, Philip was the son of the late Hershel and Maggie Brice Allison. He was retired from Coke Gainesville Plant after 37 years of service. After his retirement Philip enjoyed working on the farm tending to his cattle. He also enjoyed working in his sawmill, and visiting with his friends at Poore Boy Wholesale Tire. 

Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years Kathryn Conner Allison of Murrayville, Daughter Sabrina and son in-law Charles Ashley of Murrayville, Grand Daughter Caroline and husband Jordan Hulsey of Murrayville, Grandson Eddie and wife Cadie Ashley of Murrayville. Sister Betty Allison Oliver of Clermont, Brother Larry and sister-in-law Brenda Allison of Gainesville, Brother Donald Allison of Cumming, and sister Mary Allison Benefield and brother-in-law Bobby Benefield of Flowery Branch. A number of nieces and nephews also survive. 

Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Vernon Allison, Lee Allison, and Ted Allison. Sisters Marilyn Allison Pittman and Sue Allison Walford. 

The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers during this difficult time. 

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, a private family graveside service will be held at a later date at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
